Skier | Music & Law Enthusiast | BRIGHT Volunteer

Hi, I'm Aaron, a 10th grader at Amador Valley High. I’ve always found myself interested in a lot of different things. Whether it’s finding my balance on a steep ski run, wrapping my head around the logic of a legal case, or learning a new piece on the piano, I just really enjoy the process of diving into something new.

Outside of school, I’ve spent a lot of time exploring the outdoors—I’ve been lucky enough to visit over 20 National Parks. I also spend time with some local volunteer projects at BRIGHT; it’s just a great way for me to stay connected with the community.

I don't have all the answers for the future yet, but I’m excited to just follow my interests and see where they lead. Thanks for stopping by!

I love performing at senior centers

I began performing at senior centers at age 10. Six years have passed. They’ve seen me grow, and I’ve learned to appreciate simply being there.

Little Changes, More Fun

It’s always meaningful to bring live music to seniors—it’s very different from listening through speakers or phones. Over time, we’ve introduced a wider variety of performances, including duets and themed programs. It’s truly rewarding to see how much the residents enjoy and appreciate our shows.

Music Across the Years

This was the first piece Lucy and I ever performed together. I was in 7th grade at the time, and I still remember practicing it after long days of skiing. It was pretty much ski, music, ski, music—and I loved it!

As the years went by, both Lucy and I grew up, and we decided to bring this special piece to the senior center. The residents loved it too, which made the performance even more meaningful for us.
